Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Karar 3.0 '26 — The Gospel According to Dance & Deejay Championship (“Karar 3.0”), organized by Gospel Initiative. By registering, voting, volunteering, or attending, you agree to these terms.
1. Registration & Entry Fee
Registration is open to all Nigerian gospel dance crews and deejays. Entry requires a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000, processed securely via Paystack. Registration closes 28 August 2026. A unique contestant code is issued automatically upon confirmed payment.
2. Voting
Voting is open from 2 September 2026 (00:00) to 23 September 2026 (23:59). Each vote costs ₦100 and is processed via Paystack. Voters may vote as many times as they wish. Votes never reset and accumulate continuously toward the Grand Final.
3. Qualification & Grand Final
The Top 10 Dance Crews and Top 10 Deejays by cumulative vote count at the close of voting advance to the Grand Final on 25 September 2026. The final result combines cumulative online votes with live adjudicator scores on the night. In the event of a tie, the contestant with the earlier registration timestamp ranks higher.
4. Audition & Content Submissions
Contestants may upload a short performance video as part of registration. By submitting, you confirm the video features only yourself or your registered crew and does not contain unlicensed commercial music. Karar 3.0 and Gospel Initiative may use submitted content for promotional purposes related to the competition.
5. Conduct
Karar 3.0 is a ministry-first competition. Contestants, volunteers, and attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the spirit of the event. Gospel Initiative reserves the right to disqualify any contestant or remove any vote found to be fraudulent.
6. Liability
Participation in Karar 3.0, including attendance at the Grand Final at Metropolitan Hotel, Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria, is at your own risk. Gospel Initiative is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation or attendance, except where prohibited by law.
