Registration Desk
Welcome and check in contestants and guests on arrival. Be the first face of Karar 3.0.
QR Attendance Team
Manage QR scan points at all venue entry doors. Guide attendees through the IWasHere check-in.
Stage Management
Assist with backstage coordination, contestant sequencing, and performance flow.
Media & Photography
Capture the moments that last forever. Photo and video documentation throughout the event.
Social Media Live Team
Post real-time content to Karar's Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X from inside the venue.
Hospitality & Ushering
Seat guests, manage sections, and ensure every attendee has an excellent experience.
Technical Support
Assist the AV, sound, and lighting crew during set-up and throughout the event.
Prayer & Intercession
Provide spiritual prayer coverage throughout the event. This is a ministry-first competition.
